Each year Micheal Jordan Motorsports creates a new colorway for the bike and Air Jordans. It’s year 6, so likewise the lucky sneaker is the Air Jordan 6. MJ’s Motorsports team will hit the Daytona International Speedway this weekend, March 6th. If you live in the Daytona Beach area head over to the race and you might be able to get a closer look. In case you don’t know, the Air Jordan 6 was made exclusively for the Motorsports crew, so they will not hit stores. However, if you know the right people you just might get a pair. Also they wouldnt be a bad cop. PL 6s black and white, cement print inside. Mmmmmm sounds good.

Nike 2009 Upcoming Releases Preview

Nike began producing sneakers back in the early 1970’s and now, more than thirty years later, Nike is a household name due to the fact that they continue to brink back older models while still designing sneakers which include the newest technology available. We are now getting a preview of what Nike has in store for us for the rest of the year. This preview includes new colorways of the Nike Hoop Structure, Nike Air Max 97, Nike Dunk High, Nike Blazer, Nike Zoom Fun Police, and Nike Air Max 1. Other notable sneakers in this preview include a new metallic silver Nike Air Penny 1/2 Cent, and an “Eggplant” Nike Foamposite Boot. Expect for these sneakers to release in the upcoming months of 2009 and in the meantime, check out the rest of the pictures after the ‘jump.’ As for right now the only sneakers i see that im looking foward to cop are metallic half cents, green, black, red, and gum sole Blazers, and the black and lime green half cents.

Air Jordan Retro 5 - White / Dark Cinder /Dark Army- Del Sol

Heres a closer look at that pair which features a white full patent leather upper. Though most sneakerheads are not too fond of patent leather on Air Jordans, many agree that Jordan Brand has pulled it off quite well on this pair. Accenting the white base is a dark army midsole, an icy sole, a dark cinder tongue, and del sol seen on the insole, visible air unit, and Jumpman on the tongue. Though a release date and price are not yet confirmed, the Air Jordan Retro 5 Del Sol is expected to drop in June 2009.

Air Jordan Citrus 11 Sample

The Air Jordan 11s is the shoe which Michael Jordan could not wait to wear in the 1995 NBA Playoffs. It was the Concord Jordan 11s which Boyz 2 Men wore with tuxedos to the 1996 Grammy awards. It was the Jordan 11 / 12 pack which was rushed to have an early release date to please holiday. That clearly states 11s is the top Jordan. And now… we see an unreleased sample Jordan 11 Mid in a Citrus colorway. This sample pair was produced over six-years-ago! Aside from the colorway not being released, this pair has a plastic Jumpman on the upper, and the word Jordan is spelled out (in plastic) down the lacelets of the sneakers! I really wouldn't cop myself, but maybe for my girl.

Nike Air Penny 1/2 Cent - Black / Green Spark - Metallic Silver

These are a preview of another colorway set to hit retailers later on this year. The predominantly black upper along with metallic silver highlights, as well as green accents including the green, traslucent outsole look sexy i love, i love em. I'm a lil mad i aint get the first blue colorway, but i want these more. So Look for them to retail for $190.
